Connect or Reconnect QuickBooks Online
This guide is for authorised internal users of Speedup Operations Platform, operated by Speedup Autoparts Pty Ltd. QuickBooks connection management requires an active platform account with the Manager or Owner role. You must also have permission to authorise access to the intended QuickBooks company.
These steps apply to the Desktop version with a QuickBooks source selector. If your screens differ, contact support. Visiting this page does not start authorization or collect QuickBooks credentials.
Connect a company
1. Open the company-provided Desktop application and go to Settings → QuickBooks.
2. Select Add QuickBooks Source. The application opens the Intuit authorization page in your system browser.
3. Sign in directly with Intuit, select the correct QuickBooks company, and review the requested access before authorising it. During the current validation programme, the app name shown by Intuit may be Speedup Operations Sandbox Test.
4. Return to the Desktop application and reopen Settings → QuickBooks to load the source list. Select the intended QuickBooks source and select Refresh status. When available, use Verify Company and check the displayed company name.
Speedup and Turbo4x4 require separate authorizations and separate sources. Repeat the connection process for the other company. Connecting one company does not connect both.
Reconnect an existing source
Select the existing QuickBooks source, select Refresh status, then use Reconnect QuickBooks when available. Complete the Intuit authorization for the same company, return to the Desktop application, and refresh its status. Do not disconnect, delete a connection, or reset authorization as a routine reconnection step. If the action is unavailable or fails, contact support.
For help, contact sales@speedupautoparts.com.au. Do not send QuickBooks passwords, client secrets, or tokens. Enter QuickBooks sign-in details only on Intuit's sign-in page.
