The Demon Pro Parts 1.0L Baffled Oil Catch Can is a high-performance solution designed to keep oil vapour out of the intake system, helping to reduce carbon build-up, improve engine efficiency, and protect critical components under hard street and track conditions.

An effective catch can is essential for managing crankcase ventilation (PCV) systems, especially on performance engines. This unit is engineered to deliver high airflow without restriction, while the internal baffling efficiently separates oil mist from crankcase gases before they can re-enter the intake.

Constructed from durable 5052 aluminium, each tank is precision robot-welded for strength and consistency, then finished in a premium high-polish coating for corrosion resistance and a clean engine bay appearance. CNC-machined AN fittings ensure leak-free plumbing, while the tapered banjo-style drain plug allows clean, mess-free servicing.

For permanent drain-back setups, the drain fitting can be easily replaced with any compatible AN or barb adapter, giving you maximum flexibility.
